Dansk Industri contacted ProShop Europe to install the Q-Cal Meeting Room Displays; a meeting room booking solution comprising software developed by NordicScreen and hardware manufactured by ProDVX.

Our APPC-10SLB is an integral part of the meeting room display solution. This 10-inch Android-based Panel PC, installed outside each meeting room, enables guests and employees to easily see the meeting room’s name. Additionally, thanks to its unique surround LED bar, employees can see from a distance whether a meeting room is available or not, indicated by the edge being either green or red.

Installation is a breeze with Power over Ethernet and the VESA mounting frame, allowing for easy installation on glass, walls, mounts, and stands. Moreover, its user-friendly touchscreen enables employees to start and end their meetings directly on the device by pressing the designated button. All these features make our APPC-10SLB the perfect device for room booking solutions.

Q-Cal Meeting Room Solution by NordicScreen

NordicScreen integrated their Meeting Room Booker with ninety ProDVX 10-inch Android Panel PCs and Dansk Industri’s company calendar. Employees can now easily book a meeting room, either in advance or ad hoc. With two-way integration, the meeting room displays are automatically updated based on changes in the company calendar, thereby preventing double bookings.

Additionally, the software includes a “start/stop” feature on the meeting room display. If the “Start Meeting” button has not been pressed within the first ten minutes of the meeting, the room will automatically be marked as available on both the screen and the company calendar.
