Enhancing customer communication and workflow efficiency

Solidaris was seeking a way to streamline customer communication and improve workflow efficiency at its offices. Employees and customers often faced challenges with traditional document signing and manual processes.

Recognising the need for a more efficient solution, Solidaris partnered with MEDIAWAVE and ProDVX to develop an innovative digital system that allows customers to sign documents or complete satisfaction surveys seamlessly and securely. It also helped digitalising the workflow to save time, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.

Hardware by ProDVX

Our IPPC-10SLB plays a key role at Solidaris, enabling contract signing, displaying essential health information, and collecting customer feedback. This 10-inch Intel Panel PC, at Solidaris internally known as ‘the signature pad,’ allows customers to sign documents effortlessly without requiring an electronic identity card or PIN code - saving time, reducing paper use, and minimising errors.

Its unique surround LED bar provides instant visual confirmation, turning green when a document is successfully signed. The choice of ProDVX was intentional, as the brand is known for its reliable and flexible hardware solutions. Additionally, the Windows operating system ensured seamless integration with Solidaris' secure networks, guaranteeing high-level data protection.

The new system implemented in all of the offices of Solidaris not only benefits the company but also customers and employees. The employees no longer need to turn their laptops and can display everything on the signature pad’s screen. Customers can easily follow along and sign the contract immediately.

The system is not only user-friendly but also allows to measure customer satisfaction directly. Customers can provide feedback through a playful smiley rating system, which enables Solidaris to provide high-quality service.

A standout feature of the project is its continuous development. New ideas regularly emerge, often from the field itself. Solidaris recently added a camera to the signature pad to directly photograph evidence and attach it to files making the daily processes more efficient. The project between Solidaris, MEDIAWAVE, and ProDVX is a prime example of how collaboration and innovation can lead to impactful solutions.
