• Q-Cal can be used as a booking system in itself or you can integrate it with your existing calendar system e.g. Office 365. With the two-way integration in place, your meeting room displays will automatically be updated based on events in your calendar. So, when you book a meeting room, it will automatically appear as part of the agenda on the screen outside the room you have booked.

If you use ProDVX’s APPC-10SLB screens, which are a 10” Android-based Panel PC, the LED edge will make it easy to spot available meeting rooms just aim for the green lights. By confirming your meeting directly on the screen, when your meeting starts, the LED will switch to red, letting everyone know, that the room is occupied.
If the meeting is not confirmed after a set time e.g. 15 minutes, the booking of the room will automatically be canceled. The calendar integration makes sure the room immediately become available for booking in the calendar, thereby minimizing no-show meetings.
If you need a meeting room for your ad hoc meeting, just go to a room with a green LED edge and press the ad hoc booking button on the screen. The edge will turn red and your calendar will update automatically so no one books the meeting room, while you are using it.
The two-way calendar integration makes sure that all meetings are listed and removed automatically from the overview list. Likewise, the colors of the ActiveMap will automatically change whenever a meeting is confirmed or ended on the meeting room display. Booking of ad hoc meetings will automatically show up on the map making sure, that no one interrupts your meeting thinking the room is available.
All that information can of course be combined with other things like videos, images, and dashboards. And, the intuitive and user-friendly online platform ensure that you can create your own visual expression without the need for developers or expensive consultants.
