It’s how we stay ahead of our competitors every day. We accomplish this from our headquarters in Den Bosch, where we design our products, test them and release our products to the world.

At the Product Management department, you are in charge. We value independence, self-starting abilities, and a sense of responsibility. We identify gaps in the market and then create innovative products. Therefore we invite you to come up with a smart idea. We’ll provide you with the tools needed to make it become reality. Being able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, colleagues, and customers, is crucial in our so-called New Product Introduction process.

As a Product Manager, you act as a bridge between different departments and should be able to say "no" when necessary. For example, you will navigate circles of departments and stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
